Your fair sync.blue® price 

For the TEAM plan, you can choose between PayPal, credit card and direct debit. In the BUSINESS plan, all options from the TEAM plan as well as payment by invoice are available to you.

It's easy to get started with sync.blue®:

• Free and non-binding trial: Simply register with your e-mail address and try sync.blue® for 14 days free of charge and in full.

• No payment details required: You don't need to enter any payment details for the trial period, you can simply get started after the short registration process.

• Flexible booking: During or after the trial period, you can book your desired sync.blue® plan (TEAM or BUSINESS) directly in your customer account.

At the end of the test phase, existing connections will be deactivated. As soon as you book a plan, everything continues as usual and your connections are retained. Simple, fast and risk-free!

The number of contacts is always determined based on the source. This means that only the contacts that exist in the source are counted. Even if these contacts are synchronized with several destinations (users), they are not counted there again.

Additional contacts are billed with € 0.009 per additional (source) contact.

A target user is an employee who directly or indirectly accesses the contacts synchronized with sync.blue®.

This employee can own multiple devices and access the contacts synchronized with sync.blue® from any of them at no additional cost.

sync.blue® only synchronizes your data between your apps - no contacts are cached. We are also subject to strict German data protection guidelines and comply with the GDPR. You can find more information here.

With sync.blue®, contacts can already be synchronized for 80+ apps and applications. Here you can view all supported apps at any time and test the synchronization. You can also view all synchronizable contact types and directions here.

Never during the free trial period! Only when you actively switch to a paid plan will you automatically receive an invoice, depending on the selected interval (monthly, annually). With annual billing, we'll even give you a free month!

Yes, your existing contract remains unchanged. The new price plans only apply to new customers or if you actively decide to switch. There is no automatic switch - your current conditions will remain the same.
