After creating a free account, simply follow these easy and logical three steps:
Step 1: Choose the App with Source Contacts
Select the app where most of your contacts are currently stored (e.g., a CRM like weclapp, a database like MySQL or Microsoft SQL, a CSV file, etc.).
After making your selection, you'll be able to enter the credentials for the chosen app.
This authorizes sync.blue® to access and read these contacts successfully
Step 2: Choose the App with Destination Contacts
Next, select and set up the app where you want your contacts to be synchronized.
By the way, any contacts already in this app will remain intact and will not be deleted. Known contacts will be updated if the email address matches in both the source and destination apps.
Step 3: Set Up Synchronization
Now you have a few more options to configure, such as:
A custom name to easily recognize the connector later.
The "Type" ('One-way' for synchronization from App 1 to 2 or 'Two-way' for synchronization in both directions).
After clicking "Save," the first contact synchronization will begin immediately (and then at least hourly + manually as needed). Afterward, you'll be taken to the sync.blue® dashboard, where you can monitor the sync status of your connectors.
