You can easily find out in this order:
Step 1: Check direct availability
Check the compatibility list to see if and how you can synchronize your app. Many apps are supported directly, others indirectly (CSV, SQL, Exchange,...).
Step 2: Check access to database
Your app may use a database in the background (e.g. MySQL or Microsoft SQL). If so, you can connect sync.blue® directly to this database (instead of using your app's interface). If your database is only available in the local network, you can find very good tips here.
Step 3: Check CSV export
Your app may already support CSV export in a format supported by sync.blue®. Then upload this CSV file to a web server and store the URL for it in the sync.blue® app “CSV”. You can now also import these contacts.
Step 4: Check push into the sync.blue® Directory
You may already be able to access the contacts in your app in some way. Use your own script to retrieve your contacts from your app and push them into the sync.blue® Directory. Then set up a connector that synchronizes your contacts from the sync.blue® Directory to your desired app.
Step 5: Contact the app developer
It is very likely that the developer of your desired app is also interested in enabling countless integrations for its customers with the help of sync.blue®. Refer your developer to our partner page for developers and we will find a solution directly with them.
Step 6: Vote for your desired app
Post your wish here and motivate other users to vote for it too - and soon we will put your desired app on our roadmap and make it compatible.
HAPPY SYNCING wishes you
Oliver
