Innovation & Efficiency in the Construction Industry

Schüco develops and sells innovative window, door and facade systems worldwide. As one of the leading companies in the construction industry, Schüco relies on smooth processes and efficient communication. In an environ-ment that requires quick decisions and direct exchange of information, optimized caller identification plays a central role in increasing productivity.

Focus on Communication

Despite access to the searchable Microsoft 365 Global Address List (GAL), Schüco encountered a major challenge: incoming calls on employees' iPhones could not be automatically assigned to the stored GAL contacts. This shortcoming hindered the immediate identification of callers, making quick response times and seamless communication difficult.

Automated Synchronization via the Cloud

sync.blue® offers an efficient solution here: the cloud solution enables automatic synchro-nization of Microsoft 365 GAL with iPhones without the need for manual intervention. The special feature: Configuration is carried out centrally via Intune, so no additional app needs to be installed on the devices. Furthermore, neither Exchange accounts nor the Outlook app are required on the iPhones. This significantly reduces the administrative effort and ensures that the data is always up to date. Tim Linnenbrügger, Specialist Endpoint Management at Schüco, reports:

The implementation of sync.blue® has made our workflow much easier. Our employees can now immediately see who is calling without having to worry about manually maintaining contacts.

Seamless Integration

The implementation went very smoothly. The integration with the existing Microsoft 365 infrastructure and the automatic distribution of contacts via groups now enables Schüco employees to immediately match incoming calls with the correct names. This significantly optimizes internal communication.

Highest Standards of Data Protection & Security

Schüco attaches great importance to data protection and security. sync.blue® completely fulfills these requirements and also offers the decisive advantage that the servers are located in Germany. This fact was a decisive reason for the decision in favor of sync.blue® over other competitors who operate their servers abroad. GDPR compliance is additionally secured by a data processing agreement (DPA).

Continuous Innovation

With the proven effectiveness of sync.blue®, Schüco sees a possible further development in the future by dividing the synchronization groups by country in order to streamline the address books and improve device performance.
